Azerbaijan Neuroscience Society is a member of International Brain Research Organization (IBRO). IBRO is the global association of neuroscience societies established in 1961 that aims to promote and support neuroscience around the world through training, education, research, outreach and engagement activities, and the publication of two journals, Neuroscience and IBRO Neuroscience Reports.
The mission of FENS is to advance research and education in neuroscience within and outside Europe, to facilitate interaction and coordination between its members. As an international organisation, representing 40 neuroscience societies across 31 countries and federating over 22,000 neuroscientists, FENS works to promote all aspects of neuroscience, through education, outreach and scientific exchange. Azerbaijan Neuroscience Society is a full member of Federation of European Neuroscience Societies.
